Your protein shake just got way more seasonal by adding some pumpkin puree and yummy spice. This Pumpkin spice protein shake recipe is perfect for the fall!

Protein is often referred to as “the building block of muscle” and for good reason. Protein is found in every cell of the human body. Protein is made up of amino acids that help to grow, maintain, and repair different tissues in the body, including muscle. So, it makes sense that Whey protein is a staple supplement among athletes, bodybuilders, and people looking to improve their performance in the gym. A high-quality protein powder is a supplement that tops my list as a ‘must have’ for multiple reasons. It’s a quick convenient source of protein for anyone looking to reach physique goals or live a healthier lifestyle.

Whey protein is shown to be particularly effective at increasing muscle growth and aiding in recovery when consumed after a workout. Some additional benefits include helping your bones stay healthy, boosting metabolism, and aiding in weight loss! And don’t worry, if chugging down a tasteless protein shake is one of your concerns. Today I’m going to show you how you can create a delicious fall-inspired post-workout treat that can keep you on track to reaching your goals.

A thick, creamy, and healthy Pumpkin Protein Shake is sure to satisfy your pumpkin pie cravings this fall! And that’s because there’s pumpkin, Vanilla Animal Whey, and a frozen banana in the mix!
