Regan Grimes

Regan Grimes started lifting to get bigger and stronger for motocross, with no idea the gym would completely change the direction of his life. Training quickly became an obsession, and after competing in his first bodybuilding show in 2012 at 19, there was no Plan B. He wanted to become a professional bodybuilder and was willing to build his entire life around finding out how far he could take it.

He earned his IFBB Pro card in 2016 at the Arnold Classic Brazil, and bodybuilding has since taken him around the world and onto the Mr. Olympia stage in two divisions. He’s won pro shows in Classic Physique and Men’s Open, stood among the top ten in the world, and weathered a career that’s been anything but a straight line - changing divisions, rebuilding his physique, and getting counted out. Every setback has forced him to look at himself, get better, and come back with more purpose.

Now a husband and father, he’s in the prime of his career with his focus clearer than ever. Every training session, every meal, every decision is driven by one goal: becoming Mr. Olympia. He still loves the process, still believes his best physique is ahead of him, and isn’t doing this to prove anything to anyone else - he’s doing it because he still hasn’t found his limit.
