Banana Bread Oats with Chocolate Chunks

This one tastes like a warm slice of banana bread—except it’s high-protein, macro-friendly, and takes minutes to make.

Ingredients:

  • 40g oats
  • 40g ripe banana
  • 35g ANIMAL Whey – Cinnamon Bun (or whey of choice)
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  •  ⅛ tsp salt
  • 2 stevia packets
  • 140g cashew milk (or enough to reach batter consistency)

Toppings:

  • 30g ripe banana (sliced)
  • 14g chopped chocolate (Lily’s Baking Bar)
  • 1 stevia packet

Optional:

  • Sugar-free maple syrup (for drizzling)

Instructions:

  1. Blend It Up:

    Add everything except the toppings into a personal blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour & Decorate:

    Lightly grease a ramekin or small oven-safe dish. Pour in your batter, then add sliced banana, chopped chocolate, and a dusting of stevia on top.


Cooking Options:

Air Fryer Method (fav):

Air fry at 350ºF for 12–14 minutes until the top is golden and the center is just set.

Microwave Method:

Microwave for 2–3 minutes until cooked through but still soft in the center.
