Throughout October, you can enter by performing any of the three major lifts: squat, bench press, or deadlift. Whether you are a seasoned lifter or just starting your journey, this challenge is for you. Impress us for a chance to win over $10,000 in prizes.

FAQ

Who can participate in the Animal Strength Challenge?

The contest is open to U.S. residents who are 18 years or older. You must register on the Animal website and agree to the contest rules to be eligible. 

Can I submit multiple entries in different categories?

Yes, participants can submit up to three entries, one for each lift (Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift) per category (Best 1 Rep Max and Creative Lift), for a total of six entries. 

What are the video submission requirements?

Videos must clearly show the weight used and the full bar. You must wear Animal merchandise or use Animal logo and ensure the video quality is clear. The video should be no longer than 60 seconds, and your social media handle must match the one provided during registration. 

How are the winners selected?

Entries are judged by a panel of Animal athletes and staff. The judges evaluate based on strength (for Best 1 Rep Max) and creativity (for Creative Lift), considering form, technique, and overall execution.  

What are the prizes for the winners?

The first-place male and female winners for Best 1 Rep Max, as well as the winner for Creative Lift, will each receive a $10,000 cash prize, $500 in supplements, $300 in merch, and a social media feature. 

When will the winners be announced?

The winners will be announced 30 days after the contest has ended. Contest concludes on October 31st 2024 at 11:59pm EST.
