How To Take Fury
The pre-workout section of the store is quite often the first stop to the dedicated lifter. What’s the new hot product? What gives the best pump? Which brand carries the craziest dosages? These are all extremely common questions for the dedicated gym rat. They want to feel charged up when they hit the weights.
Animal has been a major player in the supplement game since the beginning. Always learning and adapting to the wants and needs of the consumers, Animal has kept ears to the ground and nose to the grindstone when it came to product development. With the decade-long frenzy for pre-workouts still going strong, Animal needed to come out with a major hitter. They needed a product that could compete with the industry’s best in potency, taste, and effectiveness. The result: Animal Fury.
Fury is hands down the strongest pre-workout that Animal has ever released since the inception of the brand in 2002. Packed with over 5 g of instantized BCAA, 350 mg caffeine, and 2 g of beta alanine, one scoop could wake the dead. Let’s not forget that it is also jammed with 6 g of citrulline for the extreme pumps.
The way you take Animal Fury depends on the type of person you are, the training you’re going to be doing, or the time limitations you may face when training. The primary way to take Fury would be to mix 1 scoop in 12 oz of water 30 minutes before the gym and drink it down at once. This will ensure that the product would be peaking as you get to the gym.
If you are the type who likes to take their time with a more gradual jolt, mix 1 scoop in with 32 oz of water and sip steadily for 1 hour prior to the gym. Lastly, if you’re a true Animal (and if you’re low on time), just throw a scoop of Fury in your dry ass mouth and swish some water. We call this “cannonballing.” You better be walking in the gym when you do this because the product will hit you hard and fast.
Whichever way you choose to take Fury, one thing is for certain: be ready to train. Focus on what you’re doing, execute the plan, and bring the pain.
