Can this be taken with Animal Pak and Flex in the mornings
Hi Anthony, this can absolutely be taken with Pak and Flex in the morning. I would suggest taking this with a meal.
I’ve read that you need 600 mg of ashwaganda to be effective for strength training. Why only 300mg in this product ?
The Ashwagandha in TNT+ was intended for stress support, And 300mg is a sufficient dosage for that.
