Frequently Asked

Should I keep protein and calorie intake high when on Animal M-Stak?

Yes. One thing that differentiates Animal M-Stak from Animal Stak and other supplements is its "nutrient partitioning" effects. Keeping protein intake high (up to 2 g/lb of body weight) will mean more protein synthesis. You're trying to push past plateaus on this product.

How many pills does Animal M-Stak contain?

Animal M-Stak contains a total of 8 pills. They should be taken together for optimal effectiveness. The red capsule can be removed if taking a caffeinated pre-workout or training late at night as this capsule contains caffeine.

How do I use Animal M-Stak?

Take a pack every day for 21 straight days. On training days, take it 30-45 minutes before lifting. On off days, take it between meals. Cycle Animal M-Stak for best results—three weeks on, one week off. Repeat as needed. The single red capsule contains the Energy Complex (stims) and has approximately 200 mg of caffeine. You may remove this as needed.

Why can’t I gain muscle even when I eat a lot?

Eating more doesn’t guarantee muscle growth—if your body isn’t efficiently using nutrients, supporting anabolic signals, or recovering properly, those extra calories won’t translate into muscle. Animal M-Stak helps your body better utilize nutrients, reduce muscle breakdown, and get more growth out of your training.

What's the difference between M-Stak and a testosterone booster?

Testosterone boosters work hormonally — results vary based on your endocrine response. M-Stak builds muscle through five non-hormonal pathways: nutrient partitioning, ATP output, protein synthesis, endurance, and anti-catabolism. No hormones mean no hormonal side effects and broad athlete eligibility.

Can I use M-Stak while on a GLP-1 medication like Ozempic?

Yes — and it's highly relevant. GLP-1 medications accelerate fat loss but also risk muscle loss during caloric restriction. M-Stak's anti-catabolic aminos, nutrient partitioning support, and PeakO2®recovery pathway directly address this. Remove the red stimulant cap if preferred.

How does PEAK ATP® actually increase muscle mass and strength?

PEAK ATP® increases muscle ATP availability during training. In a 12-week RCT (Wilson et al., 2013), 400mg/day produced 2X greater lean mass gains and 2.4X greater total body strength vs. placebo. M-Stak includes PEAK ATP® at the full 400mg clinical dose.

Is Animal M-Stak safe for natural athletes and tested competitors?

Yes. M-Stak contains no banned hormones, prohormones, or WADA-prohibited substances. PEAK ATP®, PeakO2®, and AstraGin® are all naturally derived. Athletes should cross-reference against their specific federation's list before use.

How long does it take to work? Can I take it at night?

PeakO2® endurance improvements in as little as 7 days. Strength and lean mass (PEAK ATP®) builds across the full 21-day cycle — multiple cycles compound the gains. Yes — remove the red caffeine cap for stimulant-free evening use.

Insane Pump, lasting effects

"I love this non-stim formula. It leaves me feeling pumped for hours on end, all while delivering clean energy without the stims. 10/10 would recommend, would also recommend taking the 2 pumps as one scoop is often times not enough to deliver the effects you may be looking for."
