Where We Ship
We currently ship supplements ("The Goods") only to addresses within the 50 states of the U.S. and to all military FPO/APO addresses only.

United States
For all products (supplement and clothing), we offer standard shipping. For all orders under $75, the shipping charge is a flat $8.95. All orders over $75 come with free shipping. We do not offer overnight shipping.

Military Shipping (APO/FPO)
Military mail is transported to remote and war-zone locations, you should allow a minimum of two weeks for normal overseas delivery and up to 30 days even after USPS states "Delivered to Agent for Final Delivery".

Website Purchases: Returns, exchanges, and refunds will be accepted within 90 days of receiving the item that is purchased on our website. A return request form must be completed for all returns and/or exchanges including the Animalpak.com order ID for proof of purchase.

Retail Purchases: Returns for exchange will be accepted for all items purchased through any of our third-party retailers within 30 days of the purchase date. An email must be sent to info@animalpak.com to complete the proper steps to process. No refunds will be issued from third-party purchases. This excludes all international orders through 3rd party sellers.

International Purchases: For returns or exchanges for products purchased outside of the USA, please contact the original seller who will honor our Iron Clad Guarantee. If you need further assistance, please contact our customer service team with the following information.

  • Name and location of seller
  • Proof of purchase in the form of a receipt and/or invoice
  • A picture of the product lot number

Damaged or Missing Items: For any damaged and/or missing items, customers must notify us within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Please complete the return form and we will gladly replace those items free of charge.

All Supplements bought on animalpak.com must meet the following criteria for a return, exchange, or refund:

  • Completed return request form
  • Must be returned in original packaging
  • Must provide a receipt for proof of purchase
  • Must be at least half full

Refunds: All items purchased on Animalpak.com have a 100% money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our products and would like a refund please complete a return form within 90 days of receiving the item and we will gladly issue a refund, excluding free items. Sales and Promotions: For any items purchased during a sale or promotion, discounted items are only eligible for returns and exchanges up to the value that was paid for that item. Free items do not qualify for a refund or exchange. The only exception is if a free item is damaged or missing, and is reported to us as such within 30 of the purchase date, to qualify for a replacement of the same item.

Military Shipping Information

Military Shipping time frame:
Government regulations require that packages be mailed through USPS (2-3 Day to the departure city here in the U.S.) and are then sent to the Military Postal Service Agency for delivery. Most orders arrive within 6-10 days of order placement. However, because Military mail is transported to remote and war-zone locations, you should allow a minimum of two weeks for normal overseas delivery and up to 30 days.

Overseas military addresses must contain the APO or FPO designation along with a two–character “state” abbreviation of AE, AP, or AA and the ZIP Code or ZIP+4 Code

The Department of Defense (DoD) has requested that those who send mail use the service member’s full name (with or without grade, rank, etc.), or a specific title (e.g., Commanding Officer, Supply Officer, etc.). Also required is the unit designation and APO/FPO (Air/Army Post Office™ or Fleet Post Office location) information with the nine-digit ZIP Code™ number (if one is assigned) and a return street name/number, city, state, and ZIP Code.

Military Shipping FAQs:
What is the estimated delivery timeframe for APO address?
We have no way of estimating when this will be delivered because the US Military is delivering the package and that information is not provided to us. A range of timeframes, depending on region are detailed on the MPSA's Military Mail: FAQ page.

My package is showing “Delivered to Agent for Final Delivery”, what does that mean?
This means USPS has delivered your package to your Military Process Center and is awaiting final delivery. The mail is then handled by Military Postal Service representatives and transported to the Military Post Office for distribution to the service member's unit for delivery to the recipient.

Can I track my order to an APO address?
No, unfortunately APO/FPO shipments are not tracked once they are delivered to the military processing center. Packages are delivered by the US Military and there is no tracking and timeframes for delivery and they vary once they take possession of the shipment.
