Favorite Non-Stim Pre
"I like the stuff. Tastes good and gets me the pump I need at the gym. Helps me push out those extra reps. I used to love stimulant pre workouts, but anymore they just make me work out too hard to the point of injury. The non-stim lets me focus more on slow controlled contractions while also working at a pace my body can handle. Plus on top of that I can get REM sleep at night and not feel like garbage the next day due to too much caffeine."
