  • Where We Ship
    We currently ship supplements ("The Goods") only to addresses within the U.S., Puerto Rico, Guam, and to all military FPO/APO addresses only.
  • United States
    For all products (supplement and clothing,) we offer standard shipping. For all orders under $55, the shipping charge is a flat $5.95. All orders over $55 come with free shipping. We do not offer overnight shipping.
  • International
    All international clothing and accessory orders ("Gear") will be shipped via USPS and will be automatically calculated based on weight.
  • When We Ship
    All orders placed on or before 11:00am EST (Eastern Standard Time) will be shipped the same day, provided all items are in stock. Orders placed after 11:00am EST will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed after 11:00am EST on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday. During sales, orders will not ship out on the same day as a 24-48 hour order processing delay should be expected. International orders may take longer.

  • Website Purchases: Returns, exchanges, and refunds will be accepted within 90 days of receiving the item that is purchased on our website. A return request form must be completed for all returns and/or exchanges including the Animalpak.com order ID for proof of purchase.
  • Retail Purchases: Returns for exchange will be accepted for all items purchased through any of our third-party retailers within 30 days of the purchase date. An email must be sent to info@animalpak.com to complete the proper steps to process. No refunds will be issued from third-party purchases. This excludes all international orders through 3rd party sellers.
  • Damaged or Missing Items: For any damaged and/or missing items, customers must notify us within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Please complete the return form and we will gladly replace those items free of charge.
  • All Supplements bought on animalpak.com must meet the following criteria for a return, exchange, or refund:
    • Completed return request form
    • Must be returned in original packaging
    • Must provide a receipt for proof of purchase
    • Must be at least half full
  • All Gear purchased on animalpak.com must meet the following criteria for a return, exchange, or refund:
    • Completed return request form
    • Must be returned in original packaging
    • Must provide a receipt for proof of purchase
    • Cannot be damaged
    • Cannot be washed
    • Cannot be used
  • Refunds: All items purchased on Animalpak.com have a 100% money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our products and would like a refund please complete a return form within 90 days of receiving the item and we will gladly issue a refund. You will need to abide by the guidelines listed above depending on the item purchased.
  • Exchanges: All Animal products come with our 100% IronClad Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our products you may exchange them for the same or comparable product. Unless otherwise noted, all of our store promotions involving supplements and samples are available for US orders only.

All orders placed on or before 12:00pm EST (Eastern Standard Time) will be shipped the same day, provided all the items are in stock. All orders placed after 12:00pm EST will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. There are no deliveries made on Saturdays or Sundays.

After your order is processed and packaged by our shipping team you will then receive a tracking number by email.

Standard shipping for domestic orders (continental US and APO/FPO addresses) is a flat $5.95 charge regardless of order size.

Standard shipping via either UPS ground or USPS priority mail typically takes up to 5 business days after your order has been processed. This is by far the most economical service we offer.

Unfortunately, due to international regulations/customs, we are unable to ship supplements outside of the US. To inquire on where to buy our products in your country, you can email us at info@universalnutrition.com.

Yes we do. Just add the appropriate clothing items to your cart and continue the checkout process. Upon checkout, you will be able to select and choose international shipping options.

We no longer offer next day shipping due, however, we do offer special 2nd day expedited shipping via.

Depending on your location within the United States, we will make a determination based on cost to decide which method we will ship your product. Note: The shipping costs for you will still the same regardless if it gets shipped USPS or UPS. If you have a preference, please declare it in the “comment” box so we can specifically select it for you.
