Yes!! I’m a sleep technologist for 14 years. This is all very true. Your bed should be for sleep. No work, no food, no tv. If you need to look at your phone, then dim the light and use “night time” mode to change the background to an orange hue. Living in a “blue light” world is destroying our sleep and body recovery.

I have children... there is no sleep.

He just wants to grow Idaho potatoes.
