Mug Protein Brownie Recipe
That’s why I like to add some mug protein brownies into my meal plan. I use the following ingredients: Animal Whey, CarbRite Brownie mix, cream of rice, oats, PB2 (peanut butter powder), All American Butter Peanut Butter, glutamine powder, collagen powder, and baking soda.
Step 1:
Add all ingredients except the All American Butter Peanut Butter into the coffee mug.

Step 2:
Add water to the mixture. Do not add so much water that it becomes too runny. The more water you add, the harder it is to cook in the microwave. The mixture should be fairly thick.
Step 3:
Microwave to your liking. Typically, I will microwave mine for about 60 seconds. In this video, I added an extra 30 seconds because I put too much water in the mix.
Step 4:
Add the All American Butter Peanut Butter. I like to mix the peanut butter into the brownie. It kind of ruins the look of the brownie, but who cares? We are going for quality taste and ingredients.
Step 5:
Don’t leave an ounce of gains in your mug—devour and enjoy!
Step 6:
Tell your friends you’re a master chef.
This recipe is simple and delicious. You can use any flavor of the Animal Whey protein that you like. My favorites to use for a mug protein brownie are Brownie Batter, Cookies and Cream, Chocolate, and Red Velvet. Try them all out and see which one you like best.
