FAQ #1: I asked for overnight shipping, but I didn't get it the next day. Why not?

FAQ #1: I asked for overnight shipping, but I didn't get it the next day. Why not?
While the delivery service you picked was overnight, it still takes us time to process the order. If you place your order by 12:00pm EST, and all the items are in stock, then we'll ship the same day. However, if your order is received after this time, it won't go out until the next business day. So if you order on Friday at 1:00pm EST, then you're order won't get shipped until Monday, for delivery on Tuesday. Also, Saturday or Sunday are not considered business days, so orders placed Friday before 12:00pm EST won't arrive until Monday.

FAQ #2: I live outside the U.S. I am willing to pay whatever it takes to get the Animal Owner's Manual. Please!
We don't ship the Animal Owner's Manual outside of the U.S. and Canada. It just costs too much. However, if you really want one, you can always download a PDF version by clicking here. The file is pretty large (7.5Mb).

FAQ #3: My brother is in the military and stationed in Japan. Can I order online?
Yup. In general, we don't ship outside the U.S. The only exception we make is for our armed forces who have an APO address. If he didn't have one, you'd have to order it from us directly, and then ship it to him on your own.

FAQ #4: I've heard you guys are now doing special promotions online at The Store. How do I find out about these?
First things first. You have to register at The Store. Once you do that, we have your email address and can send you the latest promotions on Animal products and Animal gear.

FAQ #5: I heard about your "ironclad" guarantee. How do I return a product?
If you bought the products from The Store, then mail the product directly to us explaining the problem. If you bought it elsewhere, contact your retailer. If you have any problems, email us at info@animalpak.com.

FAQ #6: Where can I find your products?
You can find Animal products (not Animal Gear) at all GNC stores, Vitamin World, and Bally’s among others. Use the Store Locator for more details. You have a hard time finding what you want, you can just order from us at The Store, or even other internet retailers.

FAQ #7: Why did my order come in two separate boxes?
We have four warehouses nationwide. When one warehouse is out of stock of an item, we'll ship from another.

FAQ #8: My recent order wasn't 100% right. What do I do?
Sorry about that. Mistakes do occur from time to time. Contact us and let us know what the problem was. We'll issue a UPS call tag. You can leave your package outside on the designated date and they'll come pick it up.

FAQ #9: How long do Animal products last?
Because they are individually packaged in plastic packs and because the cans are sealed airtight, each Animal product can stay fresh up to four years. To find out the expiration date, you can always look on the bottom of the can. There should be a small white sticker attached there. The top set of numbers is the expiration date. In other words, "09.05" means the product will expire on September, 2005.
