Donkey Calf Raise: Old
school calf exercise in which a bodybuilder bends at the waist and
leans forward, with their toes on a platform and a weight placed on the
small of their back--whether it be a plate or their training partner.
Dropset: An intensity technique in which one lowers the weight upon reaching failure so as to continue repping.
